You will get the BCard on the spot. 

For Virtual BCard, you may create the BCard immediately once you have downloaded and signed up via our B Infinite Mobile App. 

For physical BCard, you will be given the BCard on the spot when you apply at our partners outlet. 
No. Our membership is free. However, there may be a minimal membership fee for some co-branded physical BCard issued at our partner outlets that comes with special privileges. 
Membership is open to all individuals, residents and non-residents of Malaysia who are 18 years old and above.

Yes, you may hold more than 1 BCard as we have multiple co brand BCards that come with extra privileges. 
Both BCards will enable you to collect and redeem BPoints at participating partners, however when you’re holding a Caltex co-brand BCard you will also be able to enjoy extra Caltex-related benefits and special offers designed especially for Caltex Journey members.
If you have added your BCard inside the B Infinite Mobile Apps you can continue to view and use your existing BCard, however for security reasons you are advised to reset your PIN via: 


Nevertheless, if you wish to get a new physical card, you may obtain it from the nearest participating partners outlet and email us at [email protected] to request for BPoints to be transferred from your lost card to your new card. Please take note BPoints transfer is only allowable if both lost and new card is registered under the same member profile. 
Yes only if you present your virtual BCard that you have added inside your Binfinite Mobile App. Please be inform any request to collect backdated BPoints for transactions that you didn’t present your physical / virtual BCard to the partner’s outlet is not allowed. 
No. BCard is not a credit card, charge card or debit card. You can collect BPoints by using the  BCard and the BPoints earned are as good as cash which allows full or partial redemption. 
As mobile phones are not allowed to be used at any petrol station due to safety precaution, we would advise our member to use a physical Bcard instead to swipe for BPoints collection at Caltex stations. Points combination into 1 BCard account is not available at this moment. 

If you are holding more than 1 BCard, you will be collecting different sets of BPoints in different BCard accounts.
You can view BPoints transaction history online via our B infinite website for 6 months record and via B Infinite Mobile App up to 1 month record 

Should you wish to keep track of transactions more than 6 months, you may download the BPoints record prior to the said duration from our B Infinite website. 
We regret to inform that once BPoints have expired, it will be forfeited and no reinstatement is allowed.

Every partner operates differently in terms of their products, services and pricing.

Your BPoints will be awarded into your B Infinite account once we received partners submission on the sales or purchase transaction. This may be immediate or up to 60 days after your transaction date due to e-commerce partners 45 days return policy.

We seek your understanding that a copy of the purchase receipt is required as proof for us to pursue with our partners to claim the BPoints. Request will be rejected if there is no official purchase receipt provided. 
The BCard PIN is a Personal Identification Number which is required when performing redemption using BPoints and to also access to your card account profile via our web login at https://www.binfinite.com.my/login.php 
For physical BCard; the PIN is printed behind the card where you need to scratch off to view the PIN.

For virtual BCard; after you have created a new BCard via the BInfinite Mobile App – you will receive this message via the app

You may thereafter, login to https://www.binfinite.com.my/login.php using this default PIN and create your own preferred PIN (for both physical and virtual BCard). Go to My Profile> PIN > Key in the current PIN> New PIN> Confirm New PIN (6 digit number)
If you had forgotten or had lost your PIN, you may 

  • Go to our BInfinite Mobile App > Cards > click on the virtual BCard > Reset PIN or 
  • Go to https://www.binfinite.com.my/login.php  > Forgot your PIN?

The new PIN will be send to you via email or SMS to the email address/mobile number that is registered in your BInfinite profile. 
You may login to https://www.binfinite.com.my/login.php using the default PIN and create your own preferred PIN. 

Go to My Profile >  PIN > Key in the current PIN>  New PIN > Confirm New PIN (6 digit number)
Please note that the new PIN will only be send/SMS to your email address/ mobile number that is registered in your B Infinite profile.

Please allow us 3 to 4 weeks for your profile to be updated.

Concurrently, you may create your preferred PIN after you have registered your BCard.

Yes. You will need to key in your 6 digit PIN during BPoints redemption 
  1. Lookout for our participating partner
  2. Order the items you would like to redeem 
  3. Swipe your BCard or scan BCard from your mobile app 
  4. Key in your PIN 
  5. Redemption succesful

Note : you can check your BPoints available for redemption via your mobile app or https://www.binfinite.com.my/login.php
  1. Go to “Redemptions” tab
  2. Select the item you wish to redeem 
  3. You can choose to fully redeem with your BPoints or buy with a debit/credit card
  4. Upon redemption, the e-voucher can be viewed from “Vouchers” tab 
  5. When you wish to use it, activate the voucher* to get a unique voucher code
  6. Kindly write down or screenshot the voucher unique code and use the code during your purchase. 

There may be participating partners who requires member to access to their website to activate the e-voucher or visit their outlet to redeem on the spot. Please read the Terms (stated in the Redemption / go to Partner promotion icon) for instruction prior to activating your e-voucher or perform redemption.   
Only E-Voucher can be redeemed through B Infinite Mobile App at this moment. 

Please go to “Redemption” tab in the mobile app to view our items available for BPoints redemption. 
No. You can store the e-Voucher in "Vouchers” tab after you have redeemed it. Make sure you activate and use the e-Voucher before the expiry date. 
You will get a unique voucher code once you activate the e-Voucher. This code is to be used during your purchase. 

Note: Please activate the e-Voucher when you wish to use it. Kindly write down/screenshot the voucher unique code number. 
Partial redemption is a combination of BPoints and payment to be made by member. 

Example: 

For over the counter at partner’s outlet 


If you have only 570 BPoints and the drinks that you wish to order costs RM 10, you can use your entire 570 BPoints (equivalent to RM5.70) to redeem, then just add RM 4.30 in cash to pay the balance. 

For redemption via our Mobile App 


If you have only 340 BPoints and you wish to redeem a voucher at RM10, you can use your entire 340 BPoints (equivalent to RM3.40) to redeem, and pay the remaining RM6.60 via Masterpass. 

Note : Partial redemption may not be applicable for all items. Eg: Markdown online vouchers.
We are sorry that once redemption has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned. 
No, BPoint is not exchangeable for cash but it is as good as cash!

100 BPoints is equivalent to RM1.00. You may pay with as many BPoints as you like to knock off your bill. 
Please be informed BPoints reward for cash voucher is subjected to individual participating partners terms and conditions. 
BPoints will not be awarded for redemption made online through the website and B Infinite Mobile App.

  • For existing user of MasterPass; 
    • Step 1 : Go to your B Infinite Mobile App > Home menu > Payment  >  Pair your Masterpass account
    • Step 2 : Sign in at Masterpass and choose Masterpass wallet (follow next instructions on the page)

*Pair means  to add your MasterPass wallet into your B Infinite Mobile App as a convenient way to pay for your online shopping.

Once you have paired a MasterPass account in your B Infinite Mobile App, you will be able to proceed with online shopping for a faster checkout through your debit / prepaid/ credit card registered with Masterpass. 

You need to call your debit / prepaid / credit card Issuing Bank to request for OTP. 
For debit / prepaid card users, kindly ensure the balance in your bank account is sufficient to meet the bank's minimum balance requirement after purchase is made. Otherwise, you may call 1800-884-235 Masterpass helpdesk to assist you. 
Please make sure that your credit/debit card are authorized by your credit/ debit / prepaid card issuer for online / internet transactions.

No, you will not be charged by B Infinite for using Masterpass service. You will only be charged on actual purchase amount. 
Yes, you can for B Infinite promotions that are available in B Infinite Mobile App. 
Yes, you can pair other than Mastercard’s credit card with Masterpass. 
No, B Infinite does not store any of your card information.  Rest assured that your card information is safe and secure with Masterpass, and it is also not being stored in your device. 
Your card information is still safe and secure with Masterpass, and is not being stored in your device. For security purposes, you are advised to change your password. 
Tokens are complimentary BPoints that are issued during campaigns or event which a member participates and can only be use at specific partners only. 
For token BPoints, you can only redeem it at the specific partners in full and before the stated expiry date. 

Example;  At Tealive; there are Birthday Tokens which member can use to redeem a Free Drink (RM6.90) on their birthday every year. Token is valid for use within 1 year.
You can view the tokens expiry date as well as the reward & redeem dates via our B Infinite Mobile App.

Both Tokens and BPoints are accumulated as separate BPoints balance and combination of both for redemption is not allowed. 
You will receive survey invitations via your registered email address and you will earn BPoints*.

REDEEM: Browse through the redemption catalog to exchange your BPoints for products and services. You can also redeem your BPoints on-the-spot at B Infinite participating outlets.

SCAN & COLLECT: To collect points, scan the barcode on your app at the cashier when you make a purchase or redemption at one of the 4,000+ B Infinite participating outlets.

login credentials via website is not the same with B Infinite Mobile App, for B Infinite Mobile App you will require to sign up first. 
You are required to verify your account after successful signed up. Otherwise, mobile app will not allow you to log in if your account is yet to be verified. 
This indicates that the BCard you are trying to add is already added into another B infinite Mobile App account (ie, other email address). Do note that a BCard can only add to 1 B Infinite Mobile App account at any one time. 

If you wish to add the BCard into another B Infinite Mobile App account, you will need to delete the BCard from the current B Infinite Mobile App account. 
eDeal is e-Voucher offered to B Infinite Members at great discounts / offers. Members can purchase the e-Voucher using BPoints. Start enjoying these deals at your favourite restaurants, cafes, spas, salons, retails, gyms and many more.
  1. Go to https://www.binfinite.com.my, click on the ‘REDEEM BPOINT’ tap and browse through the deals made available for you. eDeal offers are indicated with the word ‘eDeal’ on each offer description. E.g. *eDeal* The Laureate LPG Endermologie Treatment (Face or Body). If something catches your eye, click on it to view the deal.
  2. Ensure you read the Terms & Conditions before purchasing the deal.
  3. You must sign in with website credential (email and password) to proceed with the purchase. If you have yet to sign up, please click HERE to proceed.
  4. Once you are signed in,
    • click on ‘PURCHASE NOW’
    • confirm the quantity of e-Voucher you would like to purchase by clicking on ( + ) or ( - ) sign,
    • click on ‘ADD TO CART’,
    • next you may click on ‘CONTINUE SHOPPING’ to check-out other eDeals or click ‘PROCEED’ to go to payment page
    • at the payment page, select your BCard from the drop-down list,
    • key in the promotional code if you have any, or click on ‘Add a Promo’ button to add promotional codes that are applicable for the eDeal voucher(s) that you have selected. Next, click ‘Apply’
    • then click on ‘CONFIRM AND PAY’
    • Lastly key in your 6-digit PIN to proceed.
  5. Once payment is successful, you will receive an e-Voucher that looks like this:

eDeals are exclusive offers reserved for B Infinite Members. For every eDeal purchase, B Infinite rewards you BPoints. (1 BPoint for every RM1 Voucher value).
You can pay for any eDeal voucher using your BPoints (full Points redemption). Just select your preferred BCard to make the payment.

Promotional code is a code that offers discount to Members on periodic basis. The promotional code can be used to offset your purchase value.
At the payment confirmation page, enter your promotional code or click on ‘Add a Promo’ button, select available code(s) and click ‘APPLY’.

Most probably the promotional code has expired and is no longer valid. If the code is yet to expire and you are not able to use it, please contact our Customer Service for assistance by emailing to us at [email protected] or contact us 03-2141 8080.
This varies depending on partner. Some partners only allow users to purchase 1 e-Voucher, while others allow multiple purchases up to a maximum of 10 pcs of e-Voucher per deal per transaction.

To find out how many e-Vouchers you may purchase, refer to individual deal’s Terms & Conditions. Each deal comes with different Terms & Conditions, so make sure you read it carefully before purchasing the e-Voucher.

If you purchase more than 1 e-Voucher of the same deal, you will receive multiple e-Voucher codes. E.g. You purchase 5 pcs of Starbucks RM20 e-Vouchers, you will receive 5 different Starbucks RM20 e-Voucher codes.
Sorry, once a purchase is completed, no cancellation is allowed. Please ensure that you read the Terms & Conditions of the e-Voucher deal before you purchase.
Go to B Infinite website at www.binfinite.com.my, SIGN IN to your Member Page and all your eDeal e-Vouchers are listed under the ‘MY VOUCHER’ tab. e-Voucher status is indicated as below:

No, you don’t need to print out the e-Voucher. Just present your e-Voucher code from ‘My Vouchers’ page to outlet staff for them to click on the ‘REDEEM’ button during redemption.
1. Redemption at Partner’s outlet

Step 1: Sign in to your Member’s Page and view all your eDeal e-Vouchers under ‘MY VOUCHER’.



Step 2: Select the e-Voucher that you wish to redeem.


Step 3: At the partner outlet during payment, tap on ‘CLICK HERE TO REDEEM’ 


Step 4: Present the page for outlet staff to click on ‘REDEEM’ button to complete the redemption. If the partner has multiple outlets and voucher is only applicable for a specific outlet, please ensure that you are at the right outlet and choose the correct voucher for that particular outlet before redeeming the voucher.

2. Redemption for online purchase 

Step 1: SIGN IN to your Member’s Page and view all your eDeal e-Vouchers under the ‘MY VOUCHER’ tab.


Step 2: Select the e-Voucher that you wish to redeem.


Step 3: During payment, tab “CLICK HERE TO REDEEM’ to reveal the e-Voucher code. Enter the e-Voucher code on the partner’s website check-out page.

If you are unable to redeem any valid e-Vouchers for whatever reasons, please contact our Customer Service for assistance by emailing to us at [email protected] or contact us 03-2141 8080.
No, e-Vouchers are non-transferrable.
Each e-Voucher has its own expiry date and can only be redeemed prior to the expiry. To find out SIGN IN to your Member Page, select the specific e-Voucher and click on it to view the expiry date as shown below.

All expired e-Vouchers are automatically voided and can no longer be used. No refund or extension of validity request will be entertained. When it’s gone, it’s gone, so remember to redeem your e-Vouchers before they expire.
Some deals may require reservation. Please refer to the e-Voucher Terms and Conditions set by each partner.
